    • Articles of Organization (LLC’s & Partnerships)

    • Articles of Incorporation (Corporations)

    • Operating Agreement (LLC’s & Partnerships)

    • Bylaws & Resolution (Corporations)

  • • Annual Reports / Statement of Information

    • BOIR (Beneficial Ownership Information Report)

  • • Access to bookkeeping software by adding us in your permissions. If applicable.

    • If the business has a bookkeeper, please connect us together.

    • If the business does not have bookkeeping available, feel free to use our sheets.

  • If your business runs payroll, please provide the following:

    • Access to payroll software by adding us in your permissions. If applicable.

    • Payroll Ledger / Journal

    • All payroll reports from every W-2 employees and 1099 contractors.
