SERVICES

Our firm uses QuickBooks Online as our bookkeeping software. With a bookkeeper on your side, we can supercharge your financial data with more services.

  • Categorization of all transactions. This includes banks, credit cards, and payment platforms that are connected to QuickBooks Online.

  • This process helps pinpoint any errors, missing transactions, or duplicate entries. We make necessary adjustments to your records to ensure they align with the external statements.

  • After reconciliation, we can email you multiple reports such as: Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flow, or any other custom report prefer.

  • You may request bookkeeping meetings. This can be a simple phone call/webcam to review business performance.

  • The benefit of bookkeeping is that we can estimate your tax liabilities ahead of time before filing season. We can provide monthly estimates of how much federal and state taxes you'll owe or get back as a tax refund. 

  • Real-time bookkeeping allows us to spot tax-saving opportunities, manage cash flow, and make informed decisions. For example, large purchases, retirement contributions, estimated tax payments, or payroll adjustments are factors that can be highlighted and presented to you.

  • Client can upload or provide receipts via email or shared folder. We will organize receipts for you.

    • Clients are responsible for paying their own QuickBooks Online subscription. 

    • Clients are responsible for maintaining their receipts (whether provided to us or not). You must store them for at least 3 years according to the IRS guidelines in a rare chance of an audit.
